Every Debit Note should include the following information:
- The name address and business identification number of suppliers;
- The serial number, date and time of the relevant original Tax Invoice(4.3)
- The nature of adjustment
- The effect on the amount of VAT
- The Increasing Adjustment (Row-26) will be done in the return Submission
